The bank has spent a lot of money on this home, but has priced it to high at $349,000.  Four bedrooms plus a bonus room and 4 bathrooms this home should sell around $320,000. Sounds like a nice price and it appears that the bank did some work on it also.

The bank did have to do alot of work to this home. When they go it back it was trashed.

Now they have priced it a tad to hign and it's been on the market for 30 days.
